A confused grocery store, confused football and politics fan and confused middle school.

So for the past few weeks I’ve said I thought my busy time was behind me and I could get back to writing. It turns out that launching a business really does take every single free moment you’ve got. But NOW it looks like the crunch is over and I’ll be able to get back to a regular blogging schedule. Right.

Here is the Best Picture I Saw This Week…

Second runner up: Sweet, delicious loofah

This picture comes from a Stop & Shop in Massachusetts where they seem very confused about whether a loofah is for showering — or eating. They put the loofahs in the produce section, next to the jicama, with eating instructions: “Pluck this gourd before it fully ripens and add it to curry soup and stir fry.” I would not recommend you follow that cooking tip.

First runner up: Debate night

This is a screenshot from last night’s Republican debate. My eyes were immediately drawn toward the “Is Joe Flacco an ELITE quarterback?” sign — which, frankly, is one of the toughest questions you can ask. I was so focused on the sign I didn’t notice the two guys kissing until the fourth time I looked at the photo.

The winner!

This sign comes from East Paulding Middle School in Dallas, Georgia. They swear the spelling mistake was only up for an hour before it was fixed — but that was long enough for a photo. And photos last forever.
