Second runner up: Let me see that tong
This comes from Australia, where a pet python had to have emergency surgery after swallowing a set of barbecue tongs. Sure makes me suspicious of owning a pet python — there’s not that much difference between swallowing a set of tongs and a baby, right?
First runner up: No-hands selfie
Who needs a selfie stick when you’ve got a little flexibility? People in China have been taking these foot selfies (although it’s not clear who took this through-the-looking-glass photo of a girl taking one). I once tried to beat Super Mario Bros. with my feet. I respect all feet feats.

Classified job ads still exist, although some might think this specific ad exemplifies why their practicality is precipitously waning.
